Although both me my husband are long standing Blue Bell customers I did consider looking at another local Mini dealer. However on reflection decided that I would rather use the dealer that knows me personally and gives personal service.

I was there for two different visits and the team kept me informed at all times. I like the use of text to keep me updated especially as we are all busy and sometimes cannot answer phone whilst at work.

i bought a rear mounted bike carrier, whilst the product is a good product, the person who put the number plate on, hasnt put it on correctly and it isnt straight, therefore causing the plate to bend at one corner lack of attention to detail,

The repair took a lot longer than I was told. I was told I could pick it up on the same day this was not the case. I was not kept informed.

I was 17days out of warranty and they tried to get me to pay full price. MINI uk stepped in so that i did not have to pay.

I was not contacted at any point during the day about the progress of the work that was being carried out, when I called to see where my car was they did not know.

Brake pad renewal estimate was significantly below the actual cost

Having had the rear brake discs and pads replaced I had to return the car as the brakes were binding. I have now been told I need new calipers on both sides costing 406.00 just for the parts There was nothing wrong with the brakes before this.

I dropped my car off at 9 30. I got told it would be be ready at about 5 30 however after waiting at the dealership from 4 o clock i was told at 5 15 that it would not be finished that day and would be too dangerour to drive.

i was a little frustrated as was advised the work would take one hour and i was actually there for three hours. This was no one fault and the service advisor was very apologetic.
