Great dealer experiance
a nice atmosphere and friendly staff..GARETH BOARDMAN the salesman executive has a nice friendly welcomming manner not over the top very natural. his is the first salesman has spoken to me and listened to me as a customer not just a stereotype woman
We have dealt with this dealer before and will continue to do so as we have always found the service to be of a very high standard and the staff are always very helpful.

The staff were all pleasant and my car was serviced on time,when I called the next day with a question about my service indicator they answered my question fully.
the service reception is not big enough for the amount of people using the dealers...
It was not the mini side of the dealership that changed my winter tyres to my summer tyres it was the BMW side, this service was very poor, but the service manager from the mini side sorted this the next day.
the also cleaned my car which was very nice
They were fantastic, they were absolutely brilliant.
The fault reappeared after leaving the dealership which has now been resolved.
Very helpful and understanding regarding my shock that the TLC package was just out of date.
Work completed in time specified,no complaints at all.
The only issue was that it turned that there was a problem with the bonnet, I double checked with the dealership that I was covered by the service pack I was not, the dealership knocked £100 off the total.

My MINI was in for an MOT which it failled and the dealership wanted to charge me £280 but i took it to an independant garage and was charged £180

Bent over backwards to be helpful and kept us informed. Kenny and the mechanic were brilliant.
There was some work that was required to be done, it was not clear about what work was needed to be done. The costs were not made clear.
Overall experience at the dealership was fine but the car fault was not found and fixed.
