Everyone was so helpful which was very nice.

I was told that it was for the MOT and a service, they picked up the car early in the morning and delivered the car later that day, I was informed that the service was not due and the MOT had been carried out only.
Even though all the service advisors were busy when I arrived, I was acknowledged straight away. The small things like that do make a difference.
They were very good and efficient.
I did not receive the usual level of service I have come to expect from Blue Bell. communication was lacking regarding what was replaced on the car. Most displeasing however was that my car was returned late with no apology or explanation.
The level of customer service is phenomenal. Such level of customer care, professionalism, courtesy and friendliness I have never seen from any dealership. The experience is always positive.
